Returns and Exchanges

Returning your item(s)

If you have ordered the wrong size or have simply changed your mind, we are happy to exchange your item for an alternative or offer you a full refund you. All we ask is that you return your item within 28 days.  The item must be unworn and in its original packaging, with labels still in place and the hygiene strip in place and untampered.

When returning your item(s) for either an exchange or refund, be sure to fill out the returns form provided so we know how to process your return when we receive it.

Make sure you try on your garment and if being returned please handle and repackage with care. Please be aware that all garments being returned must be unworn, free from make up and perfume.

We recommend that you obtain proof of postage from the post office when returning all items, as we cannot be responsible for any items which are lost in transit. If you return your parcel via a form of delivery that is not guaranteed, LionHeart Leotards will accept no responsibility if the parcel is lost or damaged.

Exceptions

There are exceptions to our refund policy and they do not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.

If your item is personalised, it cannot be exchanged or refunded unless faulty so please make sure you order the correct size. 

Faulty Returns

At LionHeart we take the quality of our products very seriously.  We want to make sure you receive the best product for your money. Although our garments are subject to rigorous checks and testing before leaving our hands, sometimes errors may occur. If you believe your item is faulty, e.g. loose stitching or missing diamanté's please contact us as soon as possible.

Additional Information

If your item is returned from an order which qualified for a promotion, you may only receive a partial refund if the promotion no longer applies, 

We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on any worn or used items.

Please note: 

If you are returning or exchanging an item, postage will be at your own cost.

If you are returning a faulty item postage will be paid for by LionHeart Leotards.

You will receive a postal label via email.
